HomeSpace opens four new buildings for vulnerable Calgarians

Since October, HomeSpace has opened four new buildings for Calgarians in need. Click the links below to learn more about each and watch the celebration videos, created in collaboration with our community partners.

  • The James House opened in Hillhurst in October 2020, developed in collaboration with Calgary Homeless Foundation/RESOLVE and Logel Homes. HomeSpace partnered with McMan Family Services to provide supports to the residents, who are vulnerable individuals with experiences of homelessness.
  • The Triveri House opened in Forest Lawn in November 2020, developed in collaboration with Calgary Homeless Foundation/RESOLVE and Calbridge Homes. HomeSpace partnered with Enviros to provide supports to the residents, who are vulnerable youth with experiences of homelessness.
  • Legacy on 5th opened in Downtown West in February 2021, developed in collaboration with Calgary Homeless Foundation/RESOLVE. HomeSpace partnered with Calgary Seniors' Resource Society, Autism Calgary and New Age Services to provide supports to the residents, who are vulnerable seniors with experiences of homelessness or people living with autism or other cognitive challenges who are at-risk of homelessness.
  • Orion opened in the Beltline in June 2021, developed in collaboration with a Calgary Homeless Foundation/RESOLVE. Homespace has partnered with agencies to provide supports to the residents, who are women and children who are at risk of homelessness.
