Very low-income singles who were formerly at risk of or experiencing homelessness and suffering from addictions reside in this building with 15 apartments. The building was purchased for a total project cost of $2.27 million in May 2011, using $1.59 million from The City of Calgary, $380,000 from David Bissett and $300,000 from the Flanagan Foundation. There is an agreement with Calgary Dream Centre to provide resident referrals, income testing, supports and community building.
