This property was purchased in summer 2019 to construct a 51-unit, permanent rental apartment building. Total project cost was $10 million with occupancy in June 2021. This building was made possible in part through funding from the Government of Canada through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation  (CMHC), financial support of the City of Calgary as well as financing from HomeSpace. We are partnering with a social service provider for resident referrals, income testing, supports and community building.
