Referrals into a majority of our buildings are conducted through a city-wide referral system called Coordinated Access and Assessment, operated in collaboration with the Calgary Homeless Foundation.


Please be advised we are not able to accept direct applications for housing. If you are seeking housing, please choose one of the following ways to gain assistance:

  1. Call Calgary’s 211 help line
  2. Go to the Safe Communities Opportunity Resource Centre (SORCe) at 316 7 Ave SE, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or call 587.779.5015
  3. Learn more about options through the Calgary Community Services Guide here
  4. Contact and obtain a referral from one of our partner agencies.

Current Residents We own some740 units of rental housing in over 30 properties throughout Calgary. Partner agencies provide social supports to the residents in our buildings.


For emergency repairs, such as no heat, major water leaks or flooding, please call our 24/7 emergency service line at 403.267.0050.


For non-emergency repairs, such as dripping taps, too much heat, slow drains, please complete the below Request for Repairs and Maintenance Form to send your request to our team.
